Men and Masculinity Program
Safer's Men and Masculinity Program is dedicated to engaging male-identified students, and their various communities, regarding sexual assault and other forms of gender-based violence. The program’s goals are to provide education, advocacy and restorative support to male-identified students impacted by sexual assault, to emphasize men’s role in creating respectful and consensual intimate experiences, and promote their essential involvement in working towards a campus free from gender-based violence.
The Men & Masculinity Program is one of the first of its kind in the CSU system, and is among a small group of universities nationwide that are implementing this important and groundbreaking resource.
