9:15 AM - Office of the Dean of Students Presentation - UU 220
Presented by Dean of Students, Dr. Joy Pedersen, this session offers an overview of their mission and the range of resources available to support the entire campus community, including staff, faculty, and students.

10:00 AM - AY 2024-2025 Students of Concern Trends Presentation - UU 218
Presented by Senior Associate Dean of Students, Dr. David Groom. An overview of Student of Concern trends in AY 2024-2025; highlighting emerging patterns, key challenges, and opportunities to strengthen student support.

11:00 AM - Program Booths
Get to know the programs offered by the Office of the Dean of Students and how they can help faculty and staff support students.

11:00 AM-3:00 PM - Resource Sessions 
Gain an in-depth understanding of the available resources and programs including CARE, Guardian Scholars (former foster youth), Students with Dependents, Off-Campus Housing, Life Skills, and the Cal Poly Cares Grant. Additionally, we will cover the processes behind student conduct and provide a general Q&A Session.
