Career Insight Meditation and Journaling: Centering to get Clarity

Thursday, March 18 - Friday, March 19 

Participate in a 30-minute centering, guided meditation, and journaling experience to discover the answers to your questions within yourself.  No meditation experience necessary.  You are welcome to attend more than one session. HIIT with Hannah S.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines weightlifting, gymnastic, and cardio movements to address 10 areas of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, and accuracy. Wear comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes.

Yin Yoga with Luna S.

Wednesday, March 17, 8:45 am

Yin yoga works deeply into your body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, which include ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks. Yin yoga also improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. This style of yoga is wonderful for emotional and mental health benefits.
