Career Insight Meditation and Journaling: Centering to get Clarity

Participate in a 30-minute centering, guided meditation, and journaling experience to discover the answers to your questions within yourself. No meditation experience necessary. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, which include ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks. Yin yoga also improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. This style of yoga is wonderful for emotional and mental health benefits.
