Online Student Trainings
Mandatory Trainings: Not Anymore
In compliance with Executive Order 1095, all Cal Poly students are required to complete online sexual violence prevention training programs every academic year.
- First-time freshman must complete BOTH Not Anymore: Sexual Violence Prevention and Not Anymore: Alcohol and Other Drugs trainings.
- Transfer students must complete BOTH Not Anymore: Sexual Violence Prevention and Not Anymore: Alcohol and Other Drugs trainings.
- All continuing students must complete Every Choice, an annual sexual violence prevention refresher training.
Not Anymore: Sexual Violence Prevention - educates students on consent, sexual assault, stalking, domestic/dating violence, bystander intervention, sexual harassment, risk reduction and more.
Not Anymore: Alcohol and Other Drugs - educates students on the risks of the abuse of alcohol and other drugs, and teaches successful strategies for handling dangerous situations related to these substances.
Every Choice (Refresher Training for Continuing Students) - provides ongoing training that continues to empower, inspire and motivate all students to identify and take action when faced with a potential act of sexual assault, dating/domestic violence or stalking.
To access Not Anymore trainings, click the button below and follow the instructions provided. Students are required to earn at least a score of 85%. If you score less than that you will be prompted to retake the test until you achieve the minimum score. The program also will allow you to review the program videos before you retake the post-test. If you run into technical problems, do not start over. Use the HELP button located within the program.
The deadline to complete Not Anymore trainings is Sept. 22, 2019. Failure to complete the trainings will result in a registration hold for winter quarter 2020. An audit of the system is done every Friday, in which the hold will be removed upon verification of completion of both trainings each week. If you have questions or concerns, please contact email@example.com or 805-756-5839. If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact the program vendor.
The training contains sensitive material involving sexual and interpersonal violence. While trigger warnings and resources are provided throughout the program, we understand such programming may be problematic for some viewers. If you need to speak to an advocate immediately, please utilize the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-4673 which is available 24 hours every day. If you would like to speak to an on-campus advocate, please contact a Safer Campus Advocate (firstname.lastname@example.org, 805-756-2282).
In addition to Not Anymore, newly admitted students (first-year and transfer) are expected to complete DiversityEdu: Building Bridges, an online training program that educates on critical diversity and inclusion topics. To access the training, click the button below and follow the instructions provided. The deadline to complete this training is Sept. 15, 2019.
