Online Student Trainings
Mandatory Online Student Trainings
In compliance with Executive Order 1095, all Cal Poly students are required to complete online sexual violence prevention training programs every academic year.
- Fall Quarter - September 22
- Winter Quarter - January 7
- Spring Quarter - April 7
Failure to complete the trainings will result in a registration hold for the following quarter. An audit of the system is done every Friday, in which the hold will be removed upon verification of completion of both trainings each week. If you have questions or concerns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students will receive an email with a link to the following trainings.
Link can also be found here.
First-Time & Transfer Students
Must complete the following trainings:
Sexual Violence Prevention for Students
Alcohol and Other Drugs
Continuing Undergraduate and Graduate Students, and Extended Education
- Rethinking Relationships
- Consent and Bystander Intervention
- Alcohol and Other Drugs Refresher
If you have experience with sexual assault, sexual misconduct, domestic violence, or stalking and feel unable to complete these trainings due to being triggered/traumatized, you can contact a Campus Advocate with Safer to receive alternative training. Make a consultation appointment here: https://safer.calpoly.edu/appointment. Please note that any supported and/or alternative format training will be proportional in time commitment to the online modules.
